Die Geschichte der einst bewohnten Puszta ist eng mit der Forst- und Wildwirtschaft des V\u00e9rtes-Gebirges sowie mit der Vergangenheit der Esterh\u00e1zy-Herrschaft verkn\u00fcpft. Die Geb\u00e4ude und \u00dcberreste, die heute noch tief im Wald stehen, bewahren die Erinnerung an eine einst lebendige kleine Gemeinschaft. Wegen ihrer abgeschiedenen Lage, des sie umgebenden riesigen Waldes und ihrer reichen Tier- und Pflanzenwelt ist Mindszentpuszta auch heute noch einer der ruhigste und stimmungsvollsten Punkte des V\u00e9rtes, an dem das nat\u00fcrliche und historische Erbe der Landschaft einander besonders nahekommen. Das Touristenhaus Mindszentpuszta \u00f6ffnete am 22. Juli 2026 wieder seine T\u00fcren, nachdem es mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Zentrums f\u00fcr Aktiv- und \u00d6kotourismusentwicklung im Rahmen des \u00d6d\u00f6n-T\u00e9ry-Nationalen Touristenhaus-Entwicklungsprogramms komplett erneuert wurde. Das am Landes-Blauen Wanderweg (Orsz\u00e1gos K\u00e9kt\u00fara) gelegene, moderne Touristenhaus erwartet Wanderer im V\u00e9rtes in f\u00fcnf Zimmern mit insgesamt 49 Schlafpl\u00e4tzen und einem
